Trial - 5 Classes over 2 Weeks: Take up a trial pass to experience everything our studio has to offer. Enjoy Barre, Mat & Reformer Pilates with a range of different instructors during your trial. New to Pilates? We'll make you feel welcome and help you get started. There is even a Reformer Pilates class on Sunday mornings reserved for only beginners who are on a trial.


Memberships: We offer the best value Pilates in Brisbane (but don't take our word for it). At only $39 per week for unlimited Barre, Mat & Reformer classes, you only have to work out twice or more per week to get great value from this membership. With a minimum 6 month term, you'll be making a commitment to yourself to see the results of consistent training. If you prefer a non-contracted option, join for $59 per week and cancel any time. Still less than $20 per class if you work out 3 or more times per week. Free Timehold is available on all memberships. Timehold is available for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 3 months in any 12 month period. 

Casual Class: This is best for those who are simply passing through the area or friends and family of existing members wanting to join in on a single session.


Private Classes: With one on one attention, you can achieve the greatest results in the shortest period of time. Just like personal training in the gym, private classes give you the undivided attention of your instructor and a session tailored to your exact needs. Whether you are recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain or just prefer the privacy of a one on one session, our private classes offer you the most personalised training environment.

Class Packs:  Perfect for anyone who requires flexibility in their training schedule. Train as often or as little as you like. Our 10 visit class pack saves you $5 per class compared to casual visits.
