How to get the most out of your Pilates Practise.

Joseph Pilates himself claimed that "In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference and in 30 sessions you will have a new body!"

With consistent, regular practise - Pilates will have you feeling lengthened, strengthened and toned. You'll be walking taller, sleeping better and living a longer and healthier life! Cool tricks like these are just an added bonus!
