Our Class Styles

Introductory Reformer

First time on the Reformer or just getting started on your Pilates journey? In our beginner class, we cover the basic foundations and fundamentals of Pilates. We keep numbers small so that you get the hands-on attention that you need and move at a slower pace to ensure you find your feet and feel comfortable with all the equipment. This class is reserved for new people on our two week trial. Those on a trial are not required to attend this class, however, if you feel a little daunted getting started, this class is exclusively for you.

Jumpboard Reformer

Jumpboard is FUN! Think jumping while lying down, providing you with an excellent non-weight bearing cardio workout that will challenge your agility and strength. A padded jumpboard is placed in front of the foot bar to provide a safe platform to launch and land on. Designed for the fitness enthusiast, your legs and core will work overtime, your heart will be pumping, and you will experience an awesome aerobic workout while protecting your joints from any jarring impact. Not recommended for pregnancy past 16 weeks.

Triple A Reformer

Whoever thought their Abs, Arms and A.... (bum) didn't need a little more work? Well, this class targets those specific areas.  It's all about having a bit of fun while we work those abs, tone those arms and firm up that booty. Suitable for all levels, you'll walk away from this class feeling sore in all the right places.

Pre & Postnatal

These classes are designed to help you and your blossoming baby move safely and confidently through all stages of your pregnancy and postpartum journey. You'll strengthen your body in preparation for birth, aid in a smooth recovery postpartum and tone & reshape your body following your pregnancy. It is also a wonderful space to meet other new mothers. We encourage you to bring your babies along, up until crawling age. Prenatal welcome at any stage. Postnatal recommended 6 weeks after birth.

Barre is a technically focused form of exercise inspired by elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Most of the class is done at a ballet barre, however the class can take you on and off the mat. Known to give the body long and lean 'dancers' limbs, Barre is a full body, muscle endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions of small, precise movements to strengthen and tone, as well as improve agility and flexibility. We guarantee our Barre classes will leave your muscles burning!

Mat Stretch

Slow, Flow & Stretch. This Mat class will help calm the body and mind while you release tired and tense muscles and move your body with control and purpose.

A Full Body Pilates workout, performed on the Mat. This class is designed to challenge every muscle in the body as it is strengthened, lengthened and toned. On the mat, your body weight provides resistance against gravity, making the workout high in its intensity, without being jarring to the joints. No class will ever be the same as Mat Pilates can be done in many different styles and with a number of different props to aid in refining and conditioning the body.
