Trial - 3 Session Taster: Great for anyone who just needs a few sessions to try out our studio within a 2 week period. At only $10 per class, this is a fantastic way to try out our classes and see how we can help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

Casual Class: This is best for those who are simply passing through the area or friends and family of existing members wanting to join in on a single session.

 

Private Classes: With one on one attention, you can achieve the greatest results in the shortest period of time. Just like personal training in the gym, private classes give you the undivided attention of your instructor and a session tailored to your exact needs. Whether you are recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain or just prefer the privacy of a one on one session, our private classes offer you the most personalised training environment.

 

Class Packs: Purchase either our 10 visit or 20 visit class packs and enjoy up to 12 months to use them. Perfect for anyone who requires flexibility in their training schedule. Train as often or as little as you like. Our 20 visit class packs offer the best value at only $22 per class.

 

No Contract Memberships: We offer a range of fortnightly memberships to suit the training schedule you prefer. Whether it’s twice per week, three times per week or more, there is a membership to suit you. With no contract, you can cancel any time and this can be done online straight through your member profile. Fortnightly memberships are a great way to commit to your ongoing training and they are also the best value on a per class basis. Commit to be fit and train 3 times per week for only $20 per session.
