Barre pilates training session

Barre Pilates

Inspired by elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, Barre is a full body, muscle endurance workout known to give the body long and lean 'dancers' limbs.

Mat Pilates

No two classes will be the same as Mat Pilates can be done in many different styles and with a number of different props to aid in refining and conditioning the body. On the mat, your body weight provides resistance against gravity, making the workout high in its intensity, without being jarring to the joints.

Reformer Pilates

Not just great for your core, Reformer Pilates is the ultimate full body workout for all fitness levels and capabilities. These classes will lengthen, strengthen and tone the body, improving functional movement in day to day life.

Experience everything our studio has to offer for one low price. Enjoy unlimited Barre, Mat & Reformer Pilates with all of our 10 talented and caring instructors. New to Pilates? We’ll make you feel welcome and help you get started. There’s even a ‘Beginners Only’ class on Saturday mornings.

Our clients come from all surrounding inner southside suburbs including Kangaroo Point, Bulimba, Coorparoo, Norman Park, Cannon Hill, Holland Park, Greenslopes, Seven Hills, Annerley, Balmoral, Hawthorne, Morningside, Camp Hill, Highgate Hill, Woolloongabba and West End. However, some even make that giant leap across the Brisbane River from New Farm, Fortitude Valley, Spring Hill and Teneriffe.
